Ex-Ghana defender Hans Adu-Sarpei is set to begin his coaching career after taking charge of German lower division side Tus Bruchhausen.

The 37-year-old has joined the list of ex-Ghana internationals who have joined the coaching profession.

He played at the highest level in the German Bundesliga including Schalke 04, Wolfsburg and Bayer Leverkusen.

Sarpei played at the 2010 FIFA World Cup finals in South Africa where Ghana reached the quarter-finals.

Until his appointment, he was a sports analyst on German television station Tele5.
