Former defender Kwesi Appiah has been named substantive Black Stars coach.
The ex-Black Stars captain's first assignment will be against Lesotho in the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifier at home on 2 June before traveling to Zambia.
Appiah has been assistant coach for Black Stars since 2008.
