Heart of Lions moved to 8th place on the chart after beating King Faisal 1-0 at the Kpando Park on Sunday.

Ghana U20 striker Benjamin Fadi scored the solitary goal of the game in the 72nd minute for the Giant Killers.

It was Heart of Lions first home win in three matches after drawing with Liberty and defeat to AshantiGold.

Faisal were in action without head coach Stephen Abugri who was asked to step aside on Monday after an altercation with club owner Alhaji Karim Grunzah.

Former Borussia Dortmund striker Mallam Yahaya was on the bench and could not help them returning to winning ways.
