Hearts of Oak are resolved their difference with GHALCA and finally decided to play in the Top 4 tournament which starts on Saturday.

The Phobians refused to accept a cheque for GH?12,000 as part payment of their appearance fee and insisted on taking the full GH?15,000 as agreed.

But after discussions on Friday, Hearts sorted things out with the organizers and will take to the field on Saturday to face Heart of Lions.

“Yesterday (Thursday) were were arguing with GHALCA over the part payment of the appearance fee that made to us,” Hearts spokesperson Muheeb Saeed told Joy FM

“The agreement was that they were giving us GH?15,000 each but yesterday we were handed a cheque for GH?12,000 and we had some arguments with them and there were a few threats and I think it was those that were treated as we decided not to participate.

“We have been to the GHALCA this morning and we have been able to resolve the issue of the remaining GH? 3,000 that GHALCA is suppose to give to us.”
