Hearts of Oak coach Nebojsa Vucicevic is keeping mute on mid-season acquisitions at least until the first round of the Premier League comes to an end.

The team’s poor conversion rate has sparked talks of the imminent purchase of potent strikers to beef up the team when the second registration window opens on December 10.

But Hearts’ Serbian tactician will not be drawn into any pre-mature talks on January’s recruits.

“Now we have six or seven games to go in the first round and I don’t like to talk about transfers now,” he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

“Everybody knows the number of good players in Chelsea, in Kotoko, in Medeama or AshGold…I don’t know, I don’t want to talk about this now.”

Despite their poor goal scoring form, Hearts’ airtight defence has ensured that the Phobians keep touch with the top of the Premier League.

They are currently placed third with eighteen, the same as Berekum Chelsea and Asante Kotoko but are behind due to inferior goal difference.
