Hearts of Oak defender Fatawu Mohammed says they committed to many mistakes in their 4-0 defeat to Esperance in the CAF Confederation Cup.

The right-back was named in the starting line-up and lasted the entire duration as the Phobians were ripped into ribbons.

"The game wasn't easy but first of all we have to correct mistakes before for the second leg. They were really experienced and the pitch in Tunis didn't help matters but we have do our homework and take our chances when they come," Mohammed told Joy Sport

Hearts will host the Blood and Gold in the return leg on 07 June at the Accra Sports Stadium.
