Defender Nuru Sulley believes Hearts defender Hearts have fallen too far behind their rivals to recapture their Premier League crown.

The capital side drew goalless at home to Ebusua Dwarfs to drop 12 points behind Kotoko in the title race.

Coach Mohammed Polo has refused to throw in the towel, but defender Nuru Sulley believes it’s almost impossible to reclaim the crown.

“Yes, I think so now we are too far behind. I don’t it will be possible to win the League this season,” he said

"It's never easy but we have to stay positive, we have to stick together, we have to work hard to change the things around.

“Hopefully we can play better football and with a bit of luck I think we can achieve something.

“But it’s going to be pretty difficult I must admit.”

Failure to win the crown will mean ending another year without a silverware after they exited the MTN FA Cup.
