Hearts end Sekondi leg of pre-season with win

Defender Seth Owusu scored his third pre-season goal for Hearts of Oak

Hearts of Oak rounded up their Sekondi leg of pre-season with an impressive 3-0 thrashing of second-tier side Metro FC on Friday morning at the Essipong Stadium. 

Defender Seth Owusu scored his third pre-season goal after converting from the spot in the 28th minute.

Striker Mahatma Otoo doubled the lead for the Phobians ten minutes after the break with a thunderous free-kick from the edge of the area.

New signing Richard Addai grabbed the third to register his first goal in the Rainbow colours.

C K Akonnor’s side have been in fine shape and have registered victories in all six pre-season games.
