Hearts of Oak coach David Duncan admits his side did not have enough firepower to hurt Asante Kotoko.
The Phobians grinded out a 0-0 draw with the champions at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday.
The draw has been hailed by several Hearts of Oak faithfuls considering problems the team has been saddled with in recent times.
And Duncan who assumed the reigns of the team a few days ahead of their away trip to Kotoko says a lot more work needs to be done to improve the forward lines.
ââ¬ÅThis is a team that hasnââ¬â¢t played together for a long time, the telepathy is not there,â⬠he said.
ââ¬ÅSo what we had to do was to put a lot of men behind the ball and try to catch them on the counter.
ââ¬ÅBut as you saw, we didnââ¬â¢t have the men to do that. So it is an area we need to improveââ¬
Hearts are now 1oth in the Ghanaian top flight haven won two, drawn two and lost three in the seven matches played so far.
