Hearts rivals Asante Kotoko are believed to be interested in prizing away the talented midfielder but he insists he commited to the 2000 African Champions.

“I don’t think I can play for any other team apart from Hearts because of what I want to do with my football career,” Asante said

“I have heard all sort of stuff that I’m going to Kotoko next season.

“But that’s totally false because I have no intention of continuing my career in Ghana apart from Hearts of Oak.

“At the moment several offers have poured in from local and foreign clubs.

“But honestly I’m targeting a club abroad, but if it fails then I will stick with Hearts,”
