Hearts of Oak have minor injury concerns with Winful Cobbinah, Emmanuel Hayford, Thomas Abbey and Selassie Adjei all unable to complete Friday’s training session.

The Phobians are gathering steam in their pre-season activities ahead of their participation in the GHALCA Top 4 competition which kicks off later this month.

Influential winger Winful Cobbinah had a pack of ice placed on his right ankle as he watched the remainder of Friday morning’s training session on the sidelines.

He was joined on the touchline by forward Emmanuel Hayford who had developed swollen toes and was being treated.

Thomas Abbey who had recovered from a serious injury also didn’t train for unspecified reasons while Selassie Adjei was having a cut on his cheek dressed.

The injury situation to the quartet is however deemed not serious as they were attended to without any signs of pain as they were being treated.

The Hearts players are working under newly constituted technical team headed by experienced coach Herbert Addo.

The sleeping Ghanaian giants are determined to wrestle back the Premier League title they last won in 2009 in the upcoming season.
