Hearts of Oak new signing Patrick Razak has been voted star performer by the club's fans on social media in their 1-0 win over Dreams FC.

The extremely exciting winger produced an eye-catching performance on his league debut for the club and also provided the assist that led to the only goal of the game scored by Cosmos Dauda.

Razak beat off competition from goal-scorer Cosmos Dauda, and back-from-injury duo Samudeen Ibrahim and Musah Inusah to win the gong.

The former Tamale Utrecht star could have hit a hat-trick in the first half but he was unable to beat former Hearts keeper Philemon MacCarthy on the numerous occasions he beat the Dreams defense.

His bold and direct style troubled the Dreams FC who had no answer to his mazy runs and it came as no surprise when Richard Ocran received his marching orders after fouling the new Hearts hero.

Razak was a bit profligate in the game against Dreams but his endeavor, dribbling ability, and sense of team work, has won him the fans' vote for this week's #HeartsStarPerformer award.
