Hearts of Oak-Asante Kotoko derby clash was too ordinary- Awudu Issaka

Former national star Awudu Issaka thought last Sunday's Ghana Premier League derby between Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko was boring.

The Phobians needed a late controversial penalty to beat Kotoko 1-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Issaka, whose dribbling skills and artistry won Ghana the 1995 FIFA U17 Wold Cup, told Kumasi based Fox FM the Super Clash was just an ordinary match.

''The standard of game on Sunday was very low and I think the coaches have to work harder to improve the game. Both teams were struggling on the day and game was very boring,'' he said.
