Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak continued their pre-season warm-up friendlies with a pulsating 2-2 stalemate against Division One side Mighty Jets on Saturday morning.

Herbert Addo handed his armband to striker Gilbert Fiamenyoh while South African Shaun October Mason partnered Ivorian Robin Gnagne in central defence.

Former Medeama SC midfielder Sumaila Atia was also handed a starting role in midfield alongside gifted midfielder Isaac Mensah with Romeo Agban and Paul Acquah playing from the wings.

Despite fielding a strong line-up it was Jets who took the lead two minutes before the end of the first-half but defensive midfielder Stephen Tetteh came off the bench as part of wholesome changes made in the second-half to pecked the scoring for Hearts.

Jets, playing at their own backyard restored their lead mid-way through the second-half but youngster Kenneth Okoro ensured Hearts maintain their unbeaten run in the pre-season under the titulage of Herbert Addo in the pre-season.

The Phobians are seeking to put themselves in shape for the pre-season GHALCA Top four competition.
