Hearts of Oak agree mega deal with Happy Man Bitters

Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak have agreed a lucrative sponsorship deal with producers of Happy Man Bitters ahead of the 2017/18 league season.

The Chief Executive Officer of Hearts of Oak, Mark Noonan met with Mr. Emmanuel Bortey Borketey, who is the CEO of Charger Limited to negotiate the deal.

Both parties gave thumbs up on a one-year deal on Friday March 16, at the club's secretariat in Adabraka, Accra.

However, the financial terms of the deal were not revealed and they are expected to sign an official contract early next week.

According to Oyerepa FM, the Phobians will get a huge sum of amount as well as products from Happy Man Bitters.

The Rainbow Club will become the third top flight club to be associated with the fast-rising alcoholic beverage firm after Aduana Stars and Berekum Chelsea.

The Nsawam-based company are also the official sponsors of the National Circles Council of Asante Kotoko.

Hearts of Oak will begin their Ghana Premier League campaign with a trip to Techiman to square off against league newcomers Eleven Wonders on Sunday, March 18.
