Chief Executive Officer of Hearts of Oak Mark Noonan has swat aside from calls from supporters to weed out some of the officials from the club.

Following the Phobians inconsistent start to the ongoing Ghana Premier League campaign, many of their teeming fans believes their plight is as a result of incompetency of some members of the management team hence they be shown the exit.

However, Mr Noonan believes the supporters have right to agitate when results are not forthcoming but insists the club comes above everything else.

"Tell me one supporters group in the world that loves management every day? Noonan quizzed on Oyerepa FM

"I have been here for two months and we are going to get the guys working and that part of the club right we are going to work every day to do that. I care about three things. One is, the club comes before anybody there's nobody as big as the club, two is the truth not rumors and three is the results."

Hearts are sitting 10th on the log with 15 points - having won 4, drawn 2 and lost 4 but have a game in hand.
