Hearts of Oak coach Herbert Addo says he is forced to ring changes in his team in order to keep the side fresh and competitive on all fronts.

The Phobians are in four competitions – the CAF Confederation Cup, the Premier League, FA Cup and Elite Cup - so far this season.

Hearts have had to play as many games within a limited time.

With the heavy schedule taking its toll on players, coach Herbert Addo admits he will need to constantly change his side to keep the team competitive on all fronts.

“Most of my boys are getting tired because we are playing an international match, come back to play in the Premier League,” coach Herbert Addo said.

“After today’s game, we travel to Obuasi to play AshGold and then we come back on Sunday to play in Africa.

“I had to change about four players from our last game and obviously I cannot use the same players for the same game.”
