Hearts of Oak contract Mel Goldberg Law

Former African champions Hearts of Oak have signed a partnership agreement with UK-based sport Law firm, Mel Goldberg Law to help raise the profile of the club.

Both parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 26 June during the visit of a senior partner of the law firm, Mel Goldberg, as part of the English delegation to help improve the local game.

MGL has been tasked to land a partnership agreement with a leading British club of its equivalent status to optimize commercial opportunities and paving a way for future player-transfers

London-based firm must also source for and secure the commitment of a leading British club for a friendly on 13 November to mark their centenary celebration which falls on 11 November.

Mel Goldberg Law will also work with the 20-time league champions on player development and advice on their future transfers abroad.

The law firm has been instructed to find sponsors for the club and as well as technical partnership.

Mel Goldberg Law put together the historic international friendly between Ghana and England at Wembley in March.
