Accra Hearts of Oak have confirmed midfield pair of Thomas Abbey and Roneo Agban are yet to return to training due to injury.
The Phobians resumed training on January 2, 2014, ahead of the resumption of the Ghana Premier League next month.
But their key midfield duo of Abbey and Agban have not been able to train under the tutelage of Mohammed Polo and are likely to miss the second round opener on February 9.
Hearts have lined up a friendly with second-tier side Starke FC on Sunday.
However, Polo has had Obed Ansah back to training as he seeks to revamp the side.
