Hearts of Oak were turned away from using the Legon training pitch on Tuesday morning due to unpaid facility user fee.
According to footballghana.com, the Phobians have failed to pay dime for using the pitch.
Hearts of Oak owe in the region of GHC 12,000 and attempts to get them pay have been unsuccessful.
The club's management are in talks with the managers of the facility to settle the arrears so they can return to training.
