Communications Director of Hearts of Oak Kwame Opare Addo says his outfit will no problem with Vincent Atinga joining Asante Kotoko in the ongoing transfer window.

Reports went rife on Wednesday that, former Hearts of Oak stalwart guardsman Vincent Atinga is on the verge of signing for Asante Kotoko ahead of the coming season.

But the club's spokesman, Opare Addo has insisted that the towering defender has no clause in his contract that prevents him from signing for their sworn rivals hence he's free to make any decision of his choice.

“Vincent Atinga can go to any team he wants. He is a player on his own. Hearts of Oak does not have any contract with him. He has a floating status,” Opare told Onua FM.

Atinga, who was a key member of the Accra-based giants last term, left the club after refusing to extend his contract.
