Hearts of Oak owner Togbe Afede XIV believes he has assembled the best technical crew to return the club to its past glory.

The club chairman presented new coach Herbert Addo and the rest of his technical team to the media at a ceremony held in Accra on Thursday.

The experienced Addo will be assisted by Stephen Abugri with Eddie Ansah and Sabahn Quaye serving as goalkeeper’s trainer and Team Manager respectively.

All the coaches working with the highly qualified Herbert Addo are all holders of CAF License A – the highest form of coaching certification on the continent.

This feature of highly qualified hands excites owner Togbe Afede XIV who is banking on the high credentials of his newly constituted technical crew to deliver the much needed success.

“Addo, Abugri and Ansah have CAF License A, which makes them totally qualified for the task ahead,” he said at the presentation.

“Each one of the technical team started working before receiving official appointments and they will be headed by one of the best.

“Addo is committed to make Hearts of Oak an all-conquering side again.

“Under his leadership, Hearts of Oak will win the coming Premier League campaign and several other laurels.”

Togbe is not the owner of hearts of oaks. He is the majority shareholder. Does that make him the owner of the club?
