Hearts of Oak have refused to state on official position on inflammatory comments made by coach David Duncan.
The Hearts of Oak trainer told supporters in a forum last week his players were being discriminated against by national team coaches dominated by persons with links to rivals Asante Kotoko.
National team coaches affected by the comments made by Duncan have demanded an apology from the outspoken coach.
Hearts of Oak of which Duncan is an employee have chose to abstain from making any official satement related to the scandalous issue.
“We issue no comments on David Duncan’s comments,” Hearts’ Managing Director Neil Armstrong-Mortagbe said.
“He is a senior coach who has made his analysis and we leave it at that.”
The comments made by Duncan is described by sections of the Ghana media as highly inflammatory which could spark enmity between Hearts of Oak fans and national team coaches.
