Hearts sign partnership deal with Chinese club Beijing Guoan

Hearts of Oak have announced a partnership deal with Chinese Super League side Beijing Guoan Football Club.

The club's board chairman Togbe Afede XIV and board member in charge of finance Apiigy Afenu were in Beijing to hold talks with officials of the club.

They held talks to explore avenues for co-operation and help develop the game in China and Africa.

Beijing Guoan Football Club finished third in the 2012 Chinese Super League.

Hearts of Oak's rival club Asante Kotoko have a partnership deal with English Premier League Sunderland.
