Hearts of Oka Sporting Director Joe Addo will not fault Japanese trainer Kenichi Yatsuhashi for posting his agitations with the management of the club on facebook, insisting he doesn’t understand our culture.

The Hearts head coach took to social media to explain the dying relation between him and the management including how the technical team and the playing body are being treated.

Kenichi revealed in the post that players and other technical staff have not been paid for two months with their winning bonuses also in arrears.

Hearts of Oak PRO Opare Addo publicly condemned the act of the coach but the Sporting Director thinks otherwise.

“I will not fault the coach for the post on facebook. He did not say anything bad in the post, he only wanted to give information to the public,” Joe Addo said on Asempa FM.

“He was only responding to questions he has been asked over and over again so he felt he should let people know what is going on,” he added.

Joe Addo went on further to say that Kenichi is coming from an environment with a different culture hence his attitude but he will acclimatize with time.

“He did that because he doesn’t understand our culture. I know that if he were to be a Ghanaian, he wouldn’t dare do that. So I won’t fault him.

I know with time, he will be used to our culture,” he concluded.

The Japanese-American trainer’s relation with the virtual Hearts management is gradually getting worse with many calling on the Togbe Afede-led board to intervene.
