Hearts of Oak striker Mahatma Otoo is on the verge of completing a two-year deal worth US$ 400,000 with Tunisian giants Etoile du Sahel.
The 18-year-old left Accra on Wednesday night to undergo medical with the 2007 Caf Champions League winners.
The Sousse-based club announced the signing of another Ghana youth international striker Saddick Adams last week.
Otoo was recently named as the best player in the just ended Ghana Premier League.
He scored ten goals to emerge as the club's second top scorer.
Otoo is a member of Ghana's Under-20 team preparing for the 2011 Africa Youth Championship qualifiers which begin in July.
