Ghanaian kid Daniel Kofi Kyereh has gained promotion into VfL Wolfsburg's U19 side after excelling through the various youth ranks at the German side.

The 18-year-old German-born was promoted into Dirt Kunert's side at the Porschestadion last season after impressing at various youth levels.

Kyereh's creativity and vision in midfield at a tender age is drawing a lot of attention around him and he is tipped to become a great player in the near future.

"I've been with the U19s since last year and I have been progressing well. I like every experience here at the club," he told GHANAsoccernet.com.

"I hope to be a big star one day."

Kyereh is among four players of Ghanaian parentage in the Wolfsburg U19 side - Razak Iddrisu,  Malcolm Badu and defender Leander Donkor.

All four players hold German passports but are still eligible to represent Ghana at the youth level if the Ghana Football Association declare interest in their international future.
