Ghanaian teen Enoch Attah Agyei has started practice with Azam FC ahead of the  second round of the Tanzania Premier League.

The 17-year-old completed a three-year move to the Ice Cream Makers last month.

The former Medeama winger is expected to be key for Azam who are third on the table with 25 points, 10 points clear of leaders Simba FC.

The hugely talented youngster has been identified as the one to steer the side to the Premier League crown after he enjoyed an exhilarating season with the Ghanaian side in the 2016 CAF Confederation Cup.

The Chamazi moneybags have been active in the mid-season transfer window, roping in three players from Ghana.

After completing the signing of Medeama winger Enock Atta Agyei and defender Daniel Amoah, they netted duo Samuel Afful and Yahaya Mohammed.

The league is expected to resume on December 17 following the uncertainty surrounding the Cecafa Kagame Cup and Challenge, which were to take place during the mid-season break.

Azam were to defend the Kagame Cup title, which they won last year after defeating Gor Mahia 2-0 in the final .
