Julian Nagelsmann's Hoffenheim will be looking to keep up the pressure on the top three when they travel to a rejuvinated Wolfsburg side under Martin Schmidt on Sunday evening (18:00CEST/16:00GMT).
Latest
This match may have come too soon for Wolfsburg’s American centre-back John Anthony Brooks, who has just returned to training following a thigh injury he suffered just weeks after signing from Hertha Berlin. Fellow defender Jeffrey Bruma is also back in training, but the pair are unlikely to feature just yet for Martin Schmidt’s side, who now have a new dental regime to follow.
Hoffenheim have made another great start to the season under Nagelsmann, having lost only once so far, and sitting fourth in the table before the start of the weekend action. A first ever European win on Thursday night in the Europa League will have the Sinsheimers bouncing ahead of the trip to Wolfsburg, with no new injury concerns picked up from the midweek win.
