At age 34, after having played his last season for Feyenoord in 2014/15, former Dutch international defensive all-rounder Khalid Boulahrouz announced having quit professional football. Moroccan-descented player, throughout his career, has also worn shirts (in reverse chronologival order) from Bröndby, Sporting Lisbon, Stuttgart, Chelsea, FC Seville, Hamburg, RKC Waalwijk, AZ Alkmaar and, as a youth player, Ajax.
