I am not frustrated by Kotoko's inconsistencies - Dramani

Asante Kotoko coach Mas-Ud Dramani insists he is not frustrated by his team’s lack of consistency in getting results.

The champions remain the only unbeaten side in the Ghanaian top flight this season but have failed to put together a string of wins.

Kotoko slumped to their sixth draw of the campaign in midweek against New Edubiase after grinding out an impressive 2-1 win at Tema Youth three days earlier.

The situation has got many of the Fabulous fans worried over the team’s lack of consistency in getting wins.

But Dramani says his side will continue to persist in their quest to break the jinx that will finally earn them back-to-back wins.

“One responsibility I have to take is the performance of the whole team,” he said.

“We have tried to have consistency in our results but still we have not been able to find two consecutive wins.

“But I have never been frustrated in anyway in my life. I am a practicing coach and I will continue to persist. To persist until I am able to break through.

“I am never frustrated because we win and the next moment we are drawing, no. I have set targets for myself and I still keep and work towards them.

“I am never frustrated because my players are more dear to me.”

Kotoko next travel to take on in-form Ebusua Dwarfs in the 10th week league fixture on Sunday.
