Ghanaian starlet Lawson Sabah is set to make a return from injury after three weeks on the sideline for IFK Goteborg in the Swedish second tier league.
Sabah, 18, has been on the sidelines after sustaining a toe injury in their clash against Stabaek two weeks ago in a club friendly.
However, the former Inter Allies midfielder appears fit and has been named in IFK Goteborg’s 18-man squad for the clash against Frej on Sunday in the Svenska Cupen.
IFK Goteborg who have a tall list of injured players are seriously preparing for their second game in the Swedish second tier after recording a 1-1 draw score line with Degerfors in their first game.
Sabah has been very instrumental to the side since joining them in June 2015.
