Red Star Belgrade striker Richmond Boakye Yiadom has cast his sights on a Black Stars return.

The former former Ghana youth international, who joined Red Star Belgrade on a season long loan from Italian Serie B outfit US Latina Calcio in the European winter transfer window has rediscovered his scoring touch in the Serbian SuperLiga.

In an interview with Joy FM from his Serbian base, Boakye-Yiadom reiterated,” Am a Ghanaian and it is always a pleasure to be in the national team, I think am always to come back."

"Because it is a dream of every player to come and help his nation when he is called.

"Am praying to God, so if am called again, I will be happy to come back,'' he added.

The 24-year-old has notched up five goals in five matches in the Serbian top-flight league to help Miodrag Bozovic’s side maintain their top spot with 70 points from 27 games.
