Ghana and Aston Villa striker Jordan Ayew is hoping they can build on their strong performance in the game against Newcastle to win this weekend against West Ham.
The 23-year-old striker has scored four goals in his last eight appearances for the Villans but they remain without a win under French boss Remi Garde.
Jordan says they will have to win against West Ham on boxing day.
“"We did not win the game - but one point is better than nothing. Now it's about continuing to work hard,” Jordan told Aston Villa Tv
“"I think we're getting better and better. We are aiming for three points in the next game now. Then we will start again in the next match.”
Villa are bottom of the league table with seven points from sixteen games in the League.
