Injured striker Eric Bekoe has lashed out at his club Berekum Chelsea for neglecting him as he remains in the treatment room.

The former Ghana Premier League goal king picked up a horrible injury in August last year before the start of the new season.

Bekoe claims he is being made to foot his own medical bills and feels abandoned by the club.

“I do think I am a Chelsea player at the moment from the treatment I get from the club,” the 27-year-old told Accra-based Power FM.

“I will not want to reveal all on air but all I can say is that the treatment is very bad.”

Bekoe scored 17 goals in 23 games in the 2007/2008 season to emerge goal king.

He then moved to Egyptian Premier League side Petroject.
