Inspirational Rashid Sumaila donates to former club Ebusua Dwarfs

Former Ebusua Dwarfs defender Rashid Sumaila has donated some items to his former club ahead of their Premier League clash against Aduana Stars on Wednesday.

The items which included footballs equipment such as footballs, cones and bibs, as well as mineral water and energy drinks were presented to the team at their training grounds on Tuesday morning.

According to the player, the donation is to motivate the team to put up their best against Aduana Stars in the clash on Wednesday afternoon.

He has also promised the team of a handsome package for a win over the dreaded Aduana side.

Speaking to the media after the donation, Rashid said “I played here before travelling so anytime I am on holidays, I still feel part of the team.”

“This is just to show the team that I am still part of them and to motivate them to win against Aduana,” he added.

Rashid Sumaila is currently the best foreign player in Kuwait after winning the Kuwait Premier League with Al Qadsia.
