Inter Allies coach Paa Kwesi Fabin has lashed out his players for their lame performance in the 1-0 reverse to WAFA on Saturday in the Ghana Premier League.

The Tema-based side looked ordinary and paid for their laidback approach which cost them second place.

WAFA were the better side and scored the only goal in stoppage time of the first half through enterprising skipper Martin Antwi, who increased his season’s tally to five goals.

“We approached the game with a lackadaisical attitude and I am very disappointed. The boys did not do enough to win this match. We have to go back to the drawing board and bounce back,” Fabin told SuperSport TV in a post-match interview.

Before the match, Eleven Is To One boasted a record of going unbeaten at home in 14 league matches.

Inter Allies have now lost two matches in a row.
