Herbert Addo has praised his side’s resilience after defeating Hasaacas to reach the semi-final of the 2014 MTN Ghana FA Cup.

The Tema-based side are struggling to escape relegation but are in top form in the cup competition.

Sherrif Mohammed's first half header from a corner made all the difference as Inter Allies ensured their hopes of winning a trophy this season were kept alive.

Addo says the spirit in camp is responsible for their resurgence.

“I expected a good game and Hasaacas gave us one,” Addo said to GHANAsoccernet.com

“They are a very good team who are doing well in the league and they showed us they were really pumped out for this.

“The fact that we were able to win today shows how good spirits are in camp and whenever the feeling is this way the results is always good.”
