Head coach of Inter Allies Prince Owusu has lamented on his team’s profligacy in their slim win over Bechem United on match day 20 on Wednesday.

The La-based side inflicted a 1-0 defeat on Bechem United at the El Wak Stadium via Wahab Ackwei’s 57th minute goal to lift the side to 5th position with 28 points.

Despite the win, coach Prince Owusu says they could have finished off their opponents with bigger margin had their strikers being more prolific on the day.

“We had so many chances to finish the game but we have the three points, so we can’t complain much,” Owusu told Happy FM's Anopa Bosuo Sports.

“We need to work on our finishing but the boys are pushing hard and I know they will come good before the end of the season.”

Owusu was then asked if he’s content with the position of the team as the climax of the campaign draws closer, he said, “I’m not okay with it at all.”

“We’re going to fight until the end and I know it’s going to change because some of the injured players will join the squad from next week going, which will aid our aim of finishing in top four."
