He will be the first official signing for Inter Allies after they reached an agreement with Medeama.
Medeama spokesman Patrick Akoto has confirmed a deal has been reached between the two parties.
"Some form of an agreement has been reached between the two parties and so there is no problem at all," he told GHANAsoccernet.com
"Abass did well for us but wants to continue his career elsewhere. We wish him well."
