Inter Milan will push a deal through for Andre Ayew if they fail to land Argentine international Ezekiel Lavezzi.
According to Gazetta dello Sports, the Italian outfit have not give hopes of signing the rising Ghanaian interational.
Ayew is believed to be nearing a shock move to Chelsea after Marseille president Vincent Labrune arrived in London to hold showdown talks with the Blues, according to reports in England.
Inter have been pursuing Lavezzi, who plays for mega-rich French side Paris St-Germain for sometime now and are keen to land his services.
However media reports have claimed the Nerazzuri have earmarked Andre Ayew and Jonathan Biabiany as potential replacement if they fail to land their man.
