Ghana midfielder Isaac Cofie believes it is about time he blossomed into the full grown man on the field of play after marrying his girlfriend over the Christmas period.
The 22-year-old has played just eight games in Serie-A for Genoa and looks to make a more meaningful impact in the second half of the season.
The former Chievo man wants to make a step up on the field of play haven done same off it by tying the knot with his girlfriend.
“I’m glad I married. I had the good fortune to meet a wonderful woman, I feel calm,†Cofie told the club’s official website.
“Now I have to recover lost workouts. I will give my best to help my team-mates in the second half of the season.
“I have grown up in life and now I have to grow on the field. We want to give our fans a year full of satisfactions.â€
