Istanbul FC will host Olympics on Sunday

Istanbul FC will clash with Great Olympics in the top of the bill clash in Ghana’s second-tier League on Sunday.

Istanbul trail their opponent by five points after drawing 1-1 at D’international last week.

The Akyem Techiman-based side will back in the midst where they host zone 3A leaders in front of their home fans.

Istanbul have emerged as one of the most exciting teams in the National Division One League and will fancy their chances against the capital-based side.

The Eastern Regional-based team will also be seeking for revenge after losing the corresponding fixture 1-0 during the first half of the season.

A win for Istanbul will see them close the gap to two points with few games to spare to end the season.

Istanbul are still in the MTN FA Cup where they will play as guest of Kotoko next month while Olympics have bundled out of the competition.
