Sassuolo midfielder Raman Chibsah and Free State Stars forward Abdul Basit will join the rest of the Ghana U23 squad in Maputo for their All African Games qualifier against Mozambique, according to Football Made In Ghana.

The pair are expected to fly from their respective bases in Europe and Africa to teem up with the rest of Malik Jabir's squad for the first-leg of the qualifier.

Sassuolo have reportedly agreed to release midfielder Raman who has had a quiet season after failing to cement a place in the Sassuolo first team squad for the season.

Jabir will be counting on the experience and exposure of Chibsah who has had a spell with the Black Stars before.

Basit, who scored seven times for Free State Stars last season, has struggled to get the playing time this term and has made just a single bench appearance since the start of the South African season.
