Turkey-based defender Jerry Akaminko has handed Ghana a huge injury boost after training with the Black Stars on Tuesday.
The centre-back picked up an injury and missed Eskisehirspor's 2-0 win over Akhisar Belediye GS in the Turkish League on Friday.
Akaminko looks fit and ready for a starting a role against Egypt on 19 November at the Air Defense Stadium in Cairo.
He put up an impressive display in the first leg 6-1 win over the Pharaohs at the Baba Yara Stadium when he partnered Rashid Sumaila.
The 25-year-old has made Super Lig appearances for his side who lie fifth on the league table.
