Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone is perhaps the most talked about Europe-based coach in Ghana following the swift rise of Ghana star Thomas Partey with the midfielders father heaping endless praises on the Argentine manager.

Adjingo Partey, Thomas’ father has sung the exuberant manager praises for engineering the arithmetic rise of his son.

The fast-rising Black Stars midfielder who recently credited Simeone’s patience for his recent form for both club and country is the most in-form Ghanaian player in Europe recently.

Partey has been in scoring form for both club and country, scoring 4 times in the last three officials games for the Ghana Black Stars and in the last two matches for Atleti.

Following his recent top form, the attacking midfielder has been shortlisted for the CAF Footballer of the Year alongside Christian Atsu.

And Adjingo, who doubles as the agent for his son has praised the Argentine coach for aiding in the development of his son.

“I am very happy with the performance of Partey because he was playing at the Academy side for Atletico and with how he has developed as a player, I think it is the work done by the coach [Diego Simone]

“I can see he has developed as a player and I know step by step I know he will get there so I am not bothered,” he told the Ghanaian media.
