Juventus fined for racial slurs on Muntari

Juventus have been hit with a 20,000 euro fine for racists chants on Ghana midfielder Sulley Muntari during Tuesday's Coppa Italia semi-final clash.

Muntari suffered racially slurs together with his team-mate Urby Emmanuelson who is a Dutch international.

The 27-year-old was a target of racists chants during in the 2-2 draw at the Juventus Arena which saw Milan exiting the competition on the away goal rule.

Milan reported the disgraceful behaviour of Juventus supporters to the Italian football league authority on Wednesday and they responded with punishment.

Juventus have suffered a triplet of similar sanctions for the past two seasons.
