JUVENTUS in touch with Arsenal on MUSTAFI

Published on: 18 December 2017

Already pursued by Inter Milan last August, German international centre-back Shkodran Mustafi (25), playing for Arsenal since September 2016, has become a target for another Italian A-lister: no less than Juventus. To this end, Bianconeri main market strategist, Giuseppe Marotta, is starting exit talks with Gunners management, in order to bring former Valencia player back to Italy, after his two year and a half-long Sampdoria experience. Not a full-on regular for North Londoners, despite the latter having paid forementioned Spanish club 42 million euros for signing him, back in summer 2016, Mustafi is currently on a deal with Arsenal until June 2021, and might leave in January as a loanee indeed.
