German Bundesliga II side Kaiserslautern could not reach an agreement with Stuttgart over the loan deal for Hans Nunoo Sarpei.
Sarpei was spotted at the club's training ground from Tuesday to Thursday but there was nothing positive.
The 18-year-old is not guaranted regular time at the Mercedes-Benz-Arena and wants an avenue for first team experience.
Sarpei has seen a loan move to Dutch side VV Venlo collapse after the Eredivise side failed to secure a work permit for the youngster.
