Last night referee Massimiliano Irrati suspended the Lazio v Napoli game for three minutes due to apparent racist chanting.
Koulibaly has praised the referee for his decision after he was subject to booing from a section of the home fans whenever he toched the ball. After the match Koulibaly wrote 'I want to thank the Lazio players, but especially the referee Irrati for his courage'.
